Our team of Commercial, Technical, Construction and Customer Care specialists have a combined experience of over 100 years in property development in the UK.

Our relatively small but focussed team ensures personal contact and involvement of our directors and senior management throughout the negotiation, construction and handover process.

Company Vision Statement

Originally set up as a traditional developer/housebuilder, Heyford has since evolved and adapted into a multi-faceted construction company encompassing Hotel and Office conversion and new build and Contract Housing as well as its own developments.

Our housebuilding background has enabled us to take on projects, particularly contract housing, adopting a ‘developer friendly’ approach which has helped to ensure the continued success of the project with phased handovers and resultant sensible cash management.

Generally our clients are well known to us and continue to partner or negotiate schemes at a competitive level.
