Following the move of our client Cannock Developments into the budget hotel sector we have carried out the refurbishment of a 1970's office block in the middle of Liverpool to provide a 155 bedroom hotel. The project will be completed in February 2011. Further similar projects followed in Luton and Birmingham during the course of 2011.

Since the creation of the contracting arm of the business in 2004 the group have completed the construction of a number of 'Office Villages' built to a high specification around the country, one of which provides our base in Banbury.

In 2008 a requirement for 'turnkey' office space in Coventry by IBM was fulfilled in rapid time to a rigid budget when two separate older buildings were converted to high quality standards.

Existing good relationships with RBS lead to the group being chosen to build two large schemes on their behalf. Housing Associations Catalyst and Jephson Housing are being provided with much needed social units and open market housing is being provided for Leybourne Homes Ltd.

The groups house building roots help provide a 'client friendly' approach to providing homes which gives them a welcome alternative to the rigidity of traditional contractors and volume housebuilders.

Heyford Homes was created to provide total quality and flexibility of the new homes we provide with particular emphasis on 'top end' high specification homes.
